Almost all of our clients phone us to order plans, and since we prefer to have a personal connection with our clients, to assure they get what they want, we have changed our ordering process.
We now ask that you please phone us if you would to order a set of plans.
We will gladly take the time to answer any questions you may have about the plans, and we will make sure that you are getting exactly what you want. Whether you want stock plans, custom plans, changes, extra copies, or anything else, we will do our best to please you.
We are usually in our office Monday through Thursday from 8:00 am till 5:00 pm E.S.T. We are out of our office Fridays, weekends, and major holidays. Should our workload require us to be in the office on those days that we’re usually out, we do answer the phone.
When you call if you get an answering machine it doesn’t mean were out. We may be in a client meeting, on the phone, or possibly on an outside call. Please leave a name and number (clearly), and we’ll get back to you as soon as we are free.
